The Aquaform Comfort Science behind each lens allows the silicon based material used to be even more breathable. This increases the amount of oxygen that’s allowed to reach your eyes, ensuring they stay healthy and white throughout the day. The same material allows water to be locked into the lenses, keeping them moist even after a full days use.
For those with near vision sight loss, or presbyopia, multifocal lenses allow you much more freedom than a regular lens. The Balance Progressive technology featured in Biofinity Multifocal lenses offers stable, clear vision at all distances, with special vision zones in the lens to cater for every distance.
Biofinity Multifocal contact lenses can be worn continuously for up to 6 nights and 7 days, or up to a month if taken out and cleaned every night. However, it is recommended that you speak to an optician before wearing any contacts continuously.

It indicates the amount of oxygen which passes through the lens. The oxygen permeability is an key indicator of the lens material. It determines how much oxygen (which is necessary for proper performance) receives a cornea of our eyes. The higher the value, the better. Dk/t is common used and it states: the Dk per thickness of the lens. Usually for a lens at -3.00D, which makes it easier to compare different lenses brands. Ranges from 10-20 Dk/t to over 170 Dk/t.
