Product details
Biofinity Toric contact lenses are a fantastic choice for those with an astigmatism looking to correct their vision. Coopervision, one of the world’s leading contact lens manufacturers, combined their patented Aquaform technology with an optimised aspheric lens design to provide a truly comfortable lens that offers clear and crisp vision.
Aquaform technology allows every Biofinity Toric lens to be formed using a naturally moist material with a high water content. This both prevents your eyes from dehydrating and keeps away any potentially harmful build-ups of protein. The silicone hydrogel lens material is also known for allowing more natural oxygen to reach your eyes, this keeps them white, clear and free from any irritation.
Even in a dry, air conditioned environment, Biofinity Toric lenses will remain comfortable throughout the day. It’s because they are so comfortable, that these lenses can be worn daily for a month, or continuously for six nights and seven days in a row. However, the consent of your optician is necessary for extended wear.

Oxygen permeability (Dk/t)![]() It indicates the amount of oxygen which passes through the lens. The oxygen permeability is an key indicator of the lens material. It determines how much oxygen (which is necessary for proper performance) receives a cornea of our eyes. The higher the value, the better. Dk/t is common used and it states: the Dk per thickness of the lens. Usually for a lens at -3.00D, which makes it easier to compare different lenses brands. Ranges from 10-20 Dk/t to over 170 Dk/t. | 116 |
